I'm Ahmad, the owner of Keisha Sushi. Before I came home, I spent eleven years cooking in restaurants across the United States — long shifts, sharp knives, quiet mornings prepping fish.

I opened the first Keisha Sushi on Gili Trawangan in 2013. From 2017 to 2024 we lived in Kuta, Lombok. In June 2024, we moved once more — to this little corner of Gili Air, where the boats come in and the day slows down.

I also hold a Food Manager certificate, so every plate that leaves my counter has been prepared to the standard I learned abroad. Clean, fast, friendly. That's the promise.
